I just used silicon sealant for mine, the same as I used to seal my viv. Put a small bead down, squish it down, clear up mess! You could use something like araldite if you fancied it I guess but I stuck with the sealant as I know its ok and not going to give off any funky fumes. Plus, have you ever tried to get silicon sealant off of anything? It sticks like sh*t to a shovel!

Mine was a small viv! You might be ok with something like this?

Wickes *–*Adhesives & Sealants*–*Adhesives*–*Building Adhesives*–*Solvent Free Forget Nails

if you are using pvc or aluminium tracks then anything that dries hard like epoxy/liquid nails wont work. silicon is good but its perishes over time with movement and humidity.
the best stuff iv ever found is called SIKAFLEX its only comes in black and sticks to anything and is a b***h to get off.
you can find it at either a boat place or a good motor spares place. put the sikafles on the viv and press the track onto it it will oose from the sides of the track. resist temptation to try and smooth it out just leave it, trust me.

leave to dry overnight and then trim with a sharp stanley blade.

hey presto.
