How to fit a ceramic heater?
Could anyone tell me what's the best way to fit a ceramic heater to the top of a wooden viv please? I found the following on ebay...
Vivaruim CERAMIC ES 27 heat bulb lamp light LAMP HOLDER on eBay (end time 02-Oct-09 18:59:31 BST) Would something like that be suitable? I'm concerned about the heat and the wood. Thanks

Yes that type would be fine, they simply screw to the roof of the viv.
I would strongly advise using heat resistant cable with it and also a guard. I can supply all 3 items at a good price and supply the steel guards in a range of colours.

if ur using a ceramic heater i would deffo recommend using a porcelin fixing for the heater,it has a key ring type thing onit,then use a picture hook to dangle it from the roof of your viv.
