Ramp up/down daylight and temp

First post here. Hello all.

The wife and I are soon to become bearded dragon owners and we are just setting up our viv.

A tech question for anyone who knows

I am looking for somthing like this



What i am looking for is a controller that starts up (ramps up) in the morning and slowly increases power to the basking lamp till it is at the desired temperature (effectively simulating sunrise) and then to 'ramp down' creating a sunset. All of this timed within the controller.
The one above will be very close to the job but i expect it to be hidously expensive.

Is there anything else on the market that will do this for less money.
