Default Viv materials

Hi

I am going to build a new vivairum for my Basilisks, I was wondering would MDF be ok as a material? Since It would fit in with my furnature anyways it wouldnt need staining etc.

Thanks

Jon

Default

bare MDF will soak up water / moisture like Kitchen roll.

it would definately need to be sealed with something and a good few coats aswell.
