Default heatmat question

Iv just trawled through this section for the post about a brand of heatmat to avoid - think it was american?

Im looking for a 11 x 11 heatmat but some vary in wattage from 12w to 15w

Im looking for one to heat a 'really useful tub' for my dubias

currently using a 8w exo terra but its not getting warm enough in the tub for breeding only reaching just touching 80 degrees

will a 12w surfice or go for 15w

and what brands best recomended

i used to use 11x11's on 50ltr RUBs and they worked well.

i'll have to check tonight mate, either 12 or 14. There's two different brands and they're two different wattages.
