Which basking bulb?

I just got a 49X20X20 viv for my beardie and am fitting it with electrics etc but i'm unsure which bulb to use for his basking spot.

I would prefer a UV one, i'm looking at Exo-Terra Sun Glo Spot atm, but then i would need to know what wattage to get to provide the right temps as i couldn't use my stat with it.

It would be the heat source for the whole viv, i'd like the basking area to be ~100F and it would be about 10" above my beardie. Can someone suggest which should do the job?
