Default UV for frilled dragon

appologies if this subject has been covered and answered before but i recently read the following statement on an american frilled dragon care website called thefrilleddragon.com.it read Try to stay away from ALL compact fluorescent/coiled uvb bulbs because most have been linked with the burning of the corneas and also give out a harmful amount of uvb. Any opinions on that would be very much appreciated as i was planning on using one for my frillie out convinience due to the shape of my vivarium, but if i have to use a long uv tube then i figure something out, cheers
