AHS naffed up or repairable
Ok got AHS heater came with the viv about 2 years ago, no idea of age of AHS but seems to have stopped working, Ive changed the fuse in the plug but that doesnt seem to repair it, theres no heat coming from the AHS & the thermo lead obviously aint gonna work if the AHS isnt. So I have to slightly leave the viv door open for my beardie, in order to circulate the hot air, till i get a new thermo for her, any ideas what could be the problem is it fixable or should I just bash the damn thing to death. Just remembered I may have a spare thermo here, so if it does come to bashing think il enjoy it.

 Anyway someone kindly pm'd me & advised where I can get a new ceramic from & will be sorting this out shortly

Send it back to microclimate in wombourne (just outside wolverhampton) and they will service and repair it for you

Doesnt matter if its second hand, they will still do a service on it
If you know where to get the correct ceramic for it then you might be able to change it, personally I would send it back to microclimate. Might be worth a quick email to them to see if the costs of servicing would be viable against buying a new stat, che, holder and cabling.
