Default Reptile Radiator Problem

Hi All,

I've had a reptile radiator stop working today for no apparent reason. I've change the fuse in the plug but still no joy. Not sure what else I can do short of actually taking apart the heat panel (which I imagine cancels any warranty on the product).

The radiator is less than a year old so obviously I'm a bit peeved when you consider their retail price is £50 or there abouts.

Anyone else experienced similar problems?

cheers

Stuart

You kind of answered your own question. Take it back. Does it even have a years warrenty?

Theres nothing inside other than a heating element. Not something I would want to try and fix. We're talking mains electrics here!

Not sure it has a warranty to be honest. I have several all purchased from different sources so not sure taking it back will be an option either as I can't rermember where I got it from. Luckily I have a spare radiator, but I use about 8 of these on different vivs so I'm going to be a bit p1ssed off if they all start conking out!

Its been un-plugged for a few hours now so I'll go and plug it back in again now.

cheers

Stuart
