I have one of the bottom ones but more gubbins on the top one.

I prefer the bottom one - purely because it shows what you'll want to check every day (in temp, out temp, and humidity) all at the same time, so you don't have to go poking about inside the viv to get the other end temps. Still has min and max temps, and tbh it's not like you really need a viv to tell you what the date is...

I might be missing something, but what's all the instead water / sieve vindicate stuff about???

dunno what the extra stuff at the bottom is but I was geek blinded thanks for pulling me back to the road so sense

bottom one ordered

From ebay and a chinese seller (not always to be trusted from what I hear) only £9 though

Chinese sources are usually slow to deliver, but do usually deliver eventually.

well it's virtually identical to the one I already have and if it's the same its worked really well.

and it's worth a punt for £9 (inc delivery)
