Bluebell: FAO Leggy

I expect you would like to know how well Bluebell is settling in, well she took to Fred as soon as they were introduced and he even allowed her in his "bedroom" . She has lost alot of weight as well, she is not that much bigger than our largest skunk now which is wonderful and she is really friendly. Shes not a lap skunk but she does follow us and does not run when we stroke her or pick her up. She loves tennis balls and she is the first skunk I have owned that does not have a foot fettish. I have not been bitten yet and her house defensiveness has nearly vanished.

hey leggy just an update for you, Bluebell decided she wanted to teach Fred how to climb on the sofa so now I have double skunk chaos in the front room but she is ever so friendly, a little too friendly sometimes but thats just skunks for you.

She has met Blossom and George as well, and the "kits" the only skunks she has not met now are Pepe and maple but we keep Pepe away from everyone else except maple due to his wild nature (he was a rescue from the wild just for the record).

cheers shes now a decent size, I know Leggy had her on a strict diet before she came to us so we cannot take all the credit for her weight loss. She is now smaller and lighter than Fred and can now lift that backside up on things, she does the skunky bounce now too
