these are deffinatly on DWA but there are a few cat species that dont need a DWA such as sand cats, pallas cat and gefforys cat although they are all incredibly hard to get hold of.

genets dont need DWAs either, theyre a cat arent they?

No, the civets and the genets are not in the cat family (Felidae) but are in a seperate family (Vivirridae)

Both are in the order Carnivora though!

genets are part of the Viverridae family which include civets, genets and fossa and even though these are listed on DWA their genus Genetta isnt on the DWA and therefore can be kept without one, they are quite common amongst private keepers.
