Foxes?
Can they be kept as pets? I'm not looking into buying one, I'm just wondering...

when i was a kidiknew a chap that had a fox. he had found it with a broken leg as a baby and fixed it up and kept it as a pet as it had become hman friendly and reliant on him. i know he needed a licence, but i am not sure what type. maybe a DWA or a different one, but he had to have a proper built enclosure for her ( her name was vicky) that was escape proof. so yeah, was probably DWA or similar equivalnt for uk wildlife

I have known people to hand rear fox cubs and they do tame down very easily. mind you they are quite nervous animals and loud noises or rapid movements often provoke unwanted reactions from them. as far as i was aware you dont need any sort of licence to keep them. be aware though males STEEEENK! vixens dont really smell at all.
ps they are a bugger to housetrain.
