I'm after a bit of help..my friend just drove off from my house and hit a hedgehog :o( so she ran back into my house and we scooped the poor little fella up and brought it in. So it's now in my conservatory in a cardboard box, it looks fine actually but we thought maybe best to bring it in for the night to make sure? I know people looking at this will probably have APH's and i'm talking common garden variety but figured you might be able to offer better advice than will come from my head!! Anybody?

Have put some cat food in and newspaper on the bottom of the box, will put water in too - thanks. I poked a few air holes round the side and closed the top as thought he might prefer it dark? Plus dont really want an escapee

As Serz says keep him warm and dry feed cat food and water. If hes ok tomorrow evening let him go near to where he was found,(make sure he is over 500 grams in weight) if not let me know and I will give you your nearest Hedgehog helper. Our Sanctuary are registered Hedgehog carers but we are in Lancashire

Brilliant thanks, have popped water in there too and stuck the radiator on nice and warm for him! He seems to be walking ok so hopefully nothing broken and he's a decent size so my fingers are firmly crossed...
