Is there a certain time of year when the babies are born? Im looking to get one soonish but just dont have the funds right now, mainly due to xmas etc. Looking for a breeder who would possibly allow me to pay in installments or if they are born at other times of year is anyone expecting any? Thank you

Dont think there is any particular time of year as such - I dont know if any good breeder would let you pay in installments for an unborn baby as sometimes things dont always go to plan but if theres one by you then they may take installments for one thats been born but depending on how quickly you can pay for the hoggie then you may be missing out on them growing up a bit - what about a piggie bank as a : 'Getting A Hoggie Fund' and saving that way and then you can look around for one?? Good luck in getting one though they are fab

My hoglets rarely make it onto the forum though due to a large waiting list.If you haven't found a hoglet/breeder with babies due around the time you were wanting give me a shout nearer the time and i will let you know if i have any available.

ive tried saving but im no good at it lol, was planning on buying one after xmas because i usually get money for xmas, is there like a website with all the different types/colours, are there ones that are more expensive than others? ive seen that the usual price is aprox £150

150 is about the norm. all breeders have waiting lists im afraid.

u cant pay for a baby that isnt born or conceived, many get killed or just dont make it. there is also no guarantee mum is pregnant

No but once the baby is x amount of weeks old and out of the danger period i dont see wh y money cant be sent on a weekly basis if your holding a hoglet as they are 8 wks old before going to new homes if you chose a baby at 2 wks old you have 6 wks to pay


LOL makes me laff on here when people mention a payment plan.................people jump in with the no respectable breeder would do a payment plan

LOOOL thats how most of my animals have been obtained im the same useless at saving if i have to do it my self but fantastic at sending money onto people im buying from

I really dont see what people see so bad about purchasing an animal via a payment plan

they animal is more likely to be really wanted if someone is willing to wait an pay for x amount of weeks before getting the animal
