I adore my ferrets and none of them bite at all. I did nip train them when they were kits which was a doddle.

I have met Lou & Fixx's polecat and he is a dude. Just as friendly and bomb proof as any of my pet ferrets

I think ferrets that come from a working strain can be nasty but ones that have been bred as pets for ages from animals with the best temperaments are awesome.

I love Angora Ferrets and planned to breed them until I found out about health problems they tend to have so decided against breeding pure Angoras :o( They are stunning though and mine are super friendly

Not at all, working ferrets need to be handled on a regular basis aswell and hunting/working wont make them nasty in the slightest.

all my ferts work and none bite or are at all nasty they have to be super tames as if they need digging out and you put your hand down to pull them out the last thing you want is them to latch on.

not sure about true polecats many people mistake polecat colour ferrets to be true european poleys but im sure even first crosses dont like to be handled,

i have a litter of kits due in about 8 weeks off my top worker jill Lilly who is sliver and my sandy mit hob.

they are top pets very socialble, friendly, and very very mistcheviose i do work mine on a weekly basis during the season but they are still well looked after pets and handle daly.
