help needed

hi guys, i am posting this for a guy on a forum i use and this came up, very intrested as you can tell he wants help.


the reason for asking a good friend of mine had 9 baby possums dumped on her door step Friday morning
one was dead the other 8 she is having to hand rear as they are under 3 weeks old
feeding every 2 hours, there was a letter saying can you look after these
the young ens was in a bag with a bit of newspaper and kitchen roll
she as been advised to phone defra on Monday to fined out the ins and out, if she needs a licence, new homes
and the like
now i don't want any idiot with the drown them coming on here
the girl needs a little help,
sensible please
we are pretty wide spread so some one on here might be able to help her


any help woould be great.

Possums? What sort of Possums and are they in the UK?

Do you know what kind of possums? Or can you describe them at all? How is your friend keeping them at the moment? Hope they are doing well - well done to your friend for taking them in and to you for helping out...
