It's a really quirky place to stay! The food is better across the Spanish border in La Linea, you walk across the airport runway to get to the border, there's a giant level-crossing gate that closes it off when the planes are coming in or taking off! In Gib there are policemen in British uniforms, red post boxes and red 'phone boxes! We saw griffon vultures and booted eagles rising on thermals for their migration to africa, tons of lizards which are super-charged in the heat, went on a day-trip to Tangiers.....a great place for a holiday!
