Do you mean that scruffy lookin black rat with the fluffy tail that they recently rediscovered? I think they called is Laotian Rock Rat?
I doubt something that scarce would be in private hands yet but I could be wrong. I haven't even heard of any in Zoos though :o( If it is possible to find these for sale I will join you in the queue for them
