i dnt think you do need a licence to take pics, i think you only need a licence to move them or capture them.

no shit what gave it away? The mahousive ears maybe. Made me laugh at least.

I doubt the photographer would have needed a license to take this photo imo.

Probably right, but just annoying i have to have all the photography stuff on my bat licence and he gets his published without it!!!!
