Default aph hoglets advice please (help)

hiya all advice would be appreciated
last sunday our albino aph had her first litter of hoglets everything had been going great she was a purfect mum untill last night she left tha nest and slept as far away from the babys as pos she just seemed to lay ther she looked very tired which i would expect after looking after babys 24/7 but she did not go back all night by the looks of things she went back in the nest this morn but looked very agitated and kept going in and out , now she is in the nest but the baby are squeeking like mad at her and you can hear her huffing up and sort of grwling at them and not letting them near her but the baby just keep squeeking the question is do i leave her to it and hope she starts feeding adain or risk her getting that worked up she eats them or step in and try save as mamy as i can ?
we are waiting for the vet to ring back as we suspect she might have mitosis where the milk glands bloke and cause discomfort
advice appreciated
