Laurel is a bit dense bless him. Hardy is much more intelligent and happily begs for treats and I'm trying to teach him to jump through a hoop for a bit of fun. He's getting it slowly. Laurel trys to copy but he has no jumping skills!

I definately agree with that - trying to get the attention of an individual in a group of ferrets is like trying to whisper to someone with there fingers in there ears!! lol
jumping through a hoop is a novel idea!! post up a vid i would love to see!!

lol, yes i did get him on to meat! he ate solely meat perfectly with biscuits provided for adlib feeding. but then i went on holiday with him so we had to convert to cat food and biscuits for a week with the odd bit of raw and now all he will eat raw seems to be DOC's and Mice/Rats which he is living off with Biscuits and the odd cat food.
will a diet of Mice/rats/gerbils/DOC's and the occasional chicken (when he eats it) or hopefully soon rabbit, be bad for him in the long run?
