We try not to use the indoor rabbit cages that have bars on the side, as they can try and climb them and either fall and damage them selves, or get stuck and strangle themselves.
You can use vivs, however alot of extra ventilation should be added, to provide a good airflow. You can use the zoozone cages, as these are plastic sides and wire tops, they apparently work very well. Some people use the wooden rabbit hutches, which seem to do the trick as well |

i use vivs with mesh doors instead of glass and they work brilliantly.
