Default Bearded Dragon Laying eggs Problem

I Currently Have A Female Bearded Dragon And It My First time She Has Laid Them With Me, And She Started wed 1st Of September, and she has only laid 4 eggs. We Are Providing her with nesting areas and its nice and damp for her but today she hasnt laid any and the only time she is laying them is when she goes for a poo, on the othe rhand we know she is not egg bound coz she can go to the toilet and is eating every know and then and is digging all in the nesting areas provided, but if any one can help i would really appreciate it,

Also how do u tell when a egg is fertile and how do u incubating them?
