I've used livefood warehouse a handful of times, and have always received my order a day or two later.

On one occasion there was something missing from my order, and I called them straight away. I got an apology, and the missing hoppers were sent out immediately.

Not sure what to suggest really - perhaps another phone call to them, asking what they are doing to sort out your order and ask them to give you a time frame for refund etc etc?

Hope you get it sorted!

My first order was a shambles and never arrived. The replacement took ages and then wasnt a full replacement so I gave up.

I recently ordered a load of hoppers and they turned up fine and very quickly. I'll give them another two goes and try best out of three and see what happens.
