Default Mites on roaches

Got mites on my roaches. They where given to me a while back so must have had them before coming to me. No signs of mites on my snakes but im worried. Do i have to kill the roaches? Also my scorp will have come into direct contact with them when eating will they effect him?

what roaches you got? If you got hissers it naturasl for em to have em mate the are roach mites and only live on roaches the dont damage the roaches but live off the food debris and dead skin etc on the roaches ,my hissers have had em for ages and breed like wildfire so i wouldnt worry too much

Yeah they are big madagascan hissing cockroaches. So no harm and no need to worry about my snakes and scorp? If so youve just saved a few hundred lives , maybe thousands if you count the mites.
