Has any one got a refund from pet zoo yet?

they have owed me 6£ for 10- days now.they owe me 6£...i was reading another thread about people also having a hard job getting refunds from them..so..has any of you had a refund yet?they dont answer my emails.

just for any one that dont know whats going on..people are ordering stuff from petzoo..then there missing 1 or 2 items when its been delivered,Then you try to get your money back but they dont answer your emails.Be careful if your going to order from these people.

i ordered a uvb starter unit a few months back they took payment off my bank card even got proof on my bank statement that they recieved the payment, i never recieved the starter and theyve apparantly not had a order from me and ignoring all my emails havent had a refund and cant get hold of them by phone either

mayby the owner is on cocaine and needs every penny he can get
