Im also tryin garden snails atm but having no luck,
im going to try some GALS as soon as i find an adult pair, i was also looking into earthworms but not too sure they breed that quickly do they, ive also looked into maggots as fly larvae is generally a good feeder, i found quite abit on nutrional value of them and they stck up not too different to mealworms and crickts tbh, and you could breed pints of these a day if you needed to

go for roaches, you literally never need to handle them and they are so scared of everything that they just hide. they never escape either unless you provide them a floor level hole to do so.
