Default Which Roaches?

I want to try my beardie's and gecko on roaches but I don't know which ones to get. If I can I'd like to breed them too.

Which ones are easyist to look after, can they fly and climb? and all other info in them welcome

Dubias don't breed the fastest they're one of the slowest. I have lobsters and they're really quick to breed, my colony has doubled in a few months to the point where i'm having to sell some off, and that's with feeding 2 adult cwds and an adult beardie. They cant fly although they can flutter a little. They can climb smooth surfaces but i put vaseline around the top of the tub which stops them as long as it's not too dirty, i also have tights over the top just in case. Just need a heat mat on the bottom of the tub, egg trays to hide in, feed them and leave them to it.

I like the Turkish Roaches. They do not climb but can jump (fly) a few inch. If kept right they breed just about as fast as the lobsters.

Default Hi

turkistan roaches are very fast breeders where as Dubia roaches are alot slower
but Dubias are bigger (more meat) & slower
your dragon would like that in the long run

its prob best to have a quick look online for prices, most are pretty much the same, though I always find customer service is something that should also sway your choice of retailer.. there are some pretty bad ones out there, though roach breeders are generally good!
