Hi everyone,
I was in a reptile shop recently, and i saw a huge cricket (well thats what it said on the box) and i was wondering what species it actually was. It was priced at £10 for the 1 cricket, but was huge. Sorry for all of these noobish questions, im still learning and deciding what i can feed my beardies. Thanks Karl |

Ok, that makes sense.
They were near the lizards, so was abit unsure why anyone would be paying £10 for something to feed to them, when you could actually just get 5 boxes of medium crickets for the same price. However, could they be used for feeders if i bred them? imagine they would keep a beardy full for a couple of days. Karl |

They are very difficult to breed. Also they are well armoured, hence the name, and have a strong bite.
