Beardies and spinach
Ok i have a problem.
 My beardie has been fed spinach for quite long until i looked at the website UK Bearded Dragons Feeding Guide it says that spinach is High in vit. A (67 IU/g), high in oxalates (19:1 ox:ca), goitrogens so you cant feed the beardie it.  however in the book by aidan raftery it recommends spinach. Thanks Will

With any kind of fruit or vegetable it is a good idea not to overdo it- small amounts mixed in as part of a variety shouldn't do much harm.
