Default Building a pond!

Hey people.

Do any of you guys know someone or a company that builds garden ponds suitable for gold fish in the Yorkshire area?

Before anyone says build it yourself it cheaper, my DIY skills are zero so that is not an option.

Any ideas?

Buy a preformed pond from the garden centre.Dig a hole put it in and buy fancy rocks to put round the edge. OR look at Littlewoods catalogue they have a nice one in there it looks like real rock, you will still only need to dig a hole to put it in. Good Luck

I agree, very easy just get a big one as they smaller ones tend to freeze

The pond is already there, I'm just about to exchange contract on a house, it already has a pond but the current owner filled it in when she had a baby for saftey reasons.

I'm hoping to bring it back to life, but I'm too lazy to do the work myself.
Plus I'm not sure what filters and pumps to buy, I'd rather just pay someone to sort it out for me.

Right, I know you dont want me to say this... but really, do it your self. Dig a hole, whatever shape/size you want. Buy some liner, put it in, fill it up. Go to your LFS and buy a pond filter (black boxes...) for that size pond.

I'm not sure who would do it for you. Have you searched Yell.com for landscape gardeners? They might do it?
