a sea kitten is a fish. They're suggesting changing the name fish, to sea kitten.

So is this person suggesting that the forum 'Fish Section' should be changed to 'Sea Kitten?'

Yes and No. It's actually very clever marketing aimed at children. It is clever in that it highlights the way we perceive our animals in the west.
A classic example is skunks, a lady in the US used to get very negative reactions to her skunk when it was introduced as a skunk to people, but when she told people it was a Norwegian Snow Kitty, the reactions were the complete opposite...it's all about preconceived perceptions. We see it too, people say "Ewww, you have skunks, they must stink", then they meet them and 99% of people have admitted that their preconceptions were totally wrong as skunks do not stink.
In a similar vein, if I were to say we breed mice to cull and feed to our animals on here, the majority would not bat an eyelid, but if I were to say I was breeding kittens to cull and feed to my animals, or corn snakes, I would imagine there would be uproar.
