Default ID this fish please

Hello everyone can anyone ID this fish and also the silver ones, i have had them so long but i cant find out what they are

Help would be appreciated

Ok, the silvers are Colombian Red Finned Tetra, and the Gold one looks like a Golden Barb. Sorry I don't know the latin names.

The silvers are Columbian Tetra's, not sure about the yellow. Looks similar to a Golden Barb in body shape, but it has a white underbelly. So I'm not quite sure.

And Also this is 1 of my 2 common plec's i rescued when young and now this big (roughly 10"), do they ever stop growing

i will have to put em in my bath soon

Common plecs can reach 18 inches in length, so yes, they do stop, but you have some time to go before that...

Ah thanks adam finally someone has shed some light on what the hell the silver things are but noone knows what the orange ones are!

Hmm i think i will rehome them then when they get a little bigger as they will out grow my 260 litre tank! + its upstairs so cant have one any bigger or it will go through the floor! and dont want to upgrade just yet as i have just ordered a new tank for my turtles.

Something like Snowball or Galaxias Plecs would be a better bet for a 260 litre Tank- not only Beautiful, but max out at around 8 inch...
