Question Phiranas Wanted

Hi, could anyone tell me ifyou know of a good phirana stockist in the Midlands area, ideally Staffordshire and roughly what the going price is for one please. After 2 red bellied ones but can only find places online to order them from and I would prefer to go into an aquatics centre and chose them myself and see them.
If anyone can advise me that would be great

try erdington aquatics, north birmingham. they usually have a few sizes in stock.
Prices- depend on the size, usually about a tenner for a 2 inch..

i was just about to say erdington too mate. I was in there on tuesday they've got 2 massive fella's and few smaller ones too.

I would also recomend Halls Aquatics, bout 10 mins away from Erdington. Sometimes a tad bit more expensive to buy but they do have nice quality fish form my experience.

All else fails, Shirley Aquatics not sure if they have them there but they have just about everything else so i wouldnt see why not

Rip off!

Down South at my store, an 8" piranha costs you only six of your pounds!

If you're getting a shoal, the courier/fuel costs might turn out cheaper to get them from here!

Err, no one is even saying what piranha species you're talking about!
Two most common ones are black and red belly in the UK.

erdington usually hve them, but the shop is in a poor state atm

from my exp hall's fish are far lower quality than erdington, and as for shirely i wouldn't touch them ever

having worked at erdington a few months ago, you can pick up 2" for like ~£8 unless they have raised the prices again, which is probable, bigguns (~6") were about £12-15

I'm going to say something to you that's been said to me by every person I've ever loved: I'm really disappointed in you, you are pathetic and weak, and I don't love you anymore. Get out!

its worth paying that little bit more for some that haven't been snacking on each others fins too much...
they will get pretty boring tho. good fun at feeding time but after a while the ridiculous mess they make is tiring to clean and they are very skittish and shy- scared of their own shadow....

I agree.

A nice, active comunity tank can be just as interesting at feeding, and even more interesting in the mean time.
