Paracite?
Just been looking around my tank and have found some little creature things. Think they may be paracites.
They have a long body that is white with black in the middle and then some small tentacle like things coming off it... (I say long they are small, biggest one is about half a cm) Something like this but they are white:  Just wondering if people know what they are, if they are harmfull and if how to get rid?

I gave the tank a good scrub and all the rocks and it seems fine. Where do they come from?
