British Marine help!!

A few friends and I are planning to set up a British Marine tank or 2 in college (we have permission from the Animal Management leader) and was just wondering if anyone here has a tank with british fish in it?
Also, where do I get fish/inverts from? i know you can catch them and transport them, but we don't want to go down that route unless we need to. I asked my local Maidenhead Aquatics, and they asked their contacts, but they don't keep them ):

You will most likely need a chiller or everything will die in the summer from the heat
