Talking A Curious Thing Floating in my Tank?

I Know what floaters are but this is in my Tank and not the toilet, ha.

Ive just set up a Marine aquarium, with a lot of help from Dan51. Since the Introduction of Live Rock and Live sand Ive found I have a small round clear ball shaped thing, no more than a couple of mm across floating around. It has all the consistancy of a Jelly Fish? I know Live rock harbours a lot of creepy crawleys but has anyone else found something similar and knows what it is?

I had this worm thing in my marine tank, it was about 15" and had fangs/mandibles, it used to grab the plant from underneath the sand and drag them under, was weird a bit like tremors.
