Seen some of these on e-bay and wondered if they are ok, I want it for my 28 Gallon Tank. "Do they do what they say on the Tin?"

Thanks

Go for a Tunze or deltec skimmers, they're considered the highest quality.
I've heard red sea aren't good in comparison.

These may be the best, but are they V expensive! Seen some that go upto £300-£400 and I was hoping not to sell another body part to get a decent skimmer.

the tmc is a brand new skimmer and they look very good be about £100 i think, designed around the new mce600 seen them foam much better than other skimmers in there price bracket the new compact 500 is £140 and imo will be better than the mce600 anyway lol, really good foam stable and lots of it

have a look on here www.reefstock.co.uk for some mad skimmers, one of my companys lol we do skimmers for lots of dosh deltec are the basic stuff lol {but very good to be fair}

I had the red sea max with the prizm skimmer and it is VERY loud compared to my Vecton V600 skimmer, you wouldnt even notice its on where as the prizm skimmer you could hear down stairs when that was switched on in the room above.

The TMC 400 isnt too bad a skimmer at all, and can be bought very cheap nowadays but if you can afford, go for tunze or deltec lol
