i ordered of these guys a few weeks ago and was very disapointed. i ordered 2 boxes blacks and 1 brown silent. the silents were ok but the blacks were all sizes, way too small to fill my adult beardies up, and their was no way their was 100 in each tub. I emailed them via the contact form on the website airing my disapointment and i still havent had a reply. I will not be suing this service again. Cheapest is not always the best!

This is the very first we've heard of this problem. We have almost 5000 positive feedbacks in the last few months on eBay and many many satisfied return customers. We would always reply to an email IF it had been received and if you can post on here you could always have pm'd us?

Our breeder has 20 years industry experience and if the items were ever not as advertised, e.g. A packing or labelling error, we'd simply resend without hesitation.

I don't want to be rude at all but I'm sure our feedback does speak volumes compared to this person who has none... This is also a classified listing not a chat

If this person wants to contact us and resolve the problem please do so by pm as despite the attempt to degrade us we still put customer service first in all cases.

It is our aim to be the best in the business, we believe the best way to achieve that is to listen to our cutomers.

If any element of our service has been less than perfect, why not let us know what it was that you didn't like and how we could improve it in the future? We would love to hear your comments and will take time to respond personally to any concern.

Now how is my previous commment " degrading you" as you put in your reply?, when im expressing what i have experienced from yourselves. I hope no one ever says anything really negative to you if this how you respond. Would not recommend you to anyone i know who keep reptiles if this is what your customer service is like. Even 1 complaint in 5000 should be taken seriously Why would i have feedback - im not a seller! and as ive already said i emailed you via your own contact form so why would i then pm you. if this is the only way to get your attention then im glad its worked

Any complaint, however rare, serious or mild is always taken seriously. I am the first to hold my hands up and say not everything will always be 100% right first time. But what is different about us and a bigger company is we want to put things right quickly and personally on those few occasions things do go wrong.

All we ever ask in return is the chance to put things right, we have never heard from you before, that's hardly throwing toys out the pram or crying. We even offered to resolve whatever the problem is, which is more than fair.

Anyone running a business is obviously going to be defensive when public forums are posted on. I think that's fair when we've not heard of a problem before a message is posted.

If anyone ever has a problem, just let us know, let us sort it and then judge us.

Sadly Royal Mail srike action will once again affect the dispatch of livefood by Royal Mail for the rest of this week.

The £3.95 courier option is still available to ensure urgent orders can continue to be received throughout the strikes.

I'd just like to make a comment on how impressed I am with the service from both the eBay shop and the online store, as I've ordered from both.

Dispatch time has been very prompt on both of my orders, customer service is second to none; fast, efficient, and polite, with any problems being resolved very quickly. And of course prices are very good, especially on items such as thermostats, which I don't buy anywhere else.

After the hassle I've had with other companies, and even my own local reptile shop, dealing with The Roach Farm and Internet Reptiles has been quite refreshing.

very impressed by service was a bit worried that u have sent my hoppers and they had died over the weekend but found out yesterday they got delayed due to strike

very impressed with the number of hoppers per tub, and got 3 very happy beardies now

will certinaly be ordering from you again
