Default Oat bran wanted bulk from insect suppliers.....

Does anyone suplying livefood have this in large quantities or know where it can be sourced please?

Farm feed mills. thats where I used to get mine from many years ago. get it in 25kg sacks. quite cheap aswell.

I googled both of the above and couldnt find what i am looking for.

I tried horse feed places but theirs are more flakes than powder but it has been sugested try a farm shop so will go down that route.

Will let everyone know how i get on with it as its been highly recomended as a beardie substrate allowing their natural urge to dig without the impaction and smell problem of sand but just as absorbant

Not sure about Oat Bran but Rick has Wheat Bran and should give discount on large orders.

i go to my local horse feed shop 25kg for £15

that lasts me a year

hi, yes i use bran for my where dragons dwell dragons read it from some literature sybilla sent to me from an americian website it is absoultly fab for them as you say they can dig and dig it stops horrible smells, is really really cheap and no they don't like the taste of it so won't try and eat it but if they did it would not hurt them
mine is like the stuff in the hopper boxes maybe a bit bigger and i just get it from our pet wholesaler in 25kg bags

yeah it's wheat bran isn't eat. from my local horse place 25kg is around 11 quid

Aparently Oat Bran looks alot better and is lighter than Wheat Bran but both would do the job.

I will ring round my local farm shops today and see what i can get hold of
