Default free feeder starters?

Hi all with my growing animal collection comes my growing food bill just wondering if anyone over run buy roach babies or anything for me to start some colonies of anything i can feed to spiders scorps lizards mantids?
can pay postage. Thanks all

Roaches are quite expensive, so you may be out of luck on freebies. There are some good breeders in this forum though.

yeah i know but not just after roach babies, all kinds of beedable foods are welcome lol and only want small ones coz it will be a while before i need big uns and am willing to pay a little

I'm sure many of us wouldnt say no to some "free" foods

So I'd just like to point out if anyone has any free feeder foods please think of me also lol
