Default classifieds by area ? anyone agree

does anyone else agree with me when i think it would make everyones life easier if classifieds were put into areas or even if simply everyone started to put the area after whatever it is for sale -
eg
snake for sale - london/surrey
lizard for sale - milton keynes

nothing has been pissing me off more lately than clicking on it and finding it is in yorkshire or manchester - way out of my distance

I SO wish people had to put the area on the start of the thread. Especially as everywhere is so far away from north east scotland

not too sure if they would change the format of the forum, but i think making the seller put their area on the title is a good idea, should be a rule that they have to!

To seperate it you'd be looking at a huge sub forum... how many areas can there be? 100? 200? 600? Also causes too much hassle for people who are willing to send one of the rep couriers down to collect as they'd have to check every sub forum to find what they want.

I agree people should put their area in the thread title ..
On classifieds rules it says to do that but no one ever does it ..
I'm always finding some thing perfect on classifieds and finding it is 350 miles away ..

i asked about this not to long ago and got the same reply and then decided that simply just putting the area in the tile is easy enough

The more people that put it in the title, the more that will copy and do the same! Especially new people - if it looks like the 'accepted' format, they'll do the same as you guys.
