Lightbulb The Classifieds

I was wondering could there be some sort of guidance/sticky for people in the classifieds forums regarding a good advert?!

You get so many adverts with no details of location (just a town or city would be nice) etc, and people who say "PM for pictures", I don't see the point in this extra chain of communication.

Maybe a thread title that contains:

Item/Animal - Location - Cost (if applicable)

Then within the thread this could be elaborated on WITH photos (none of this PM for pics rubbish), it amazes me how many who think they will sell before showing what they have.

Surely this benefits the buyer but ALSO the seller by attracting more relevant/interest?

At the top of every section in the classifieds is a set of rules and guidelines...
