Banned user section.

On another forum I use they have a banned user list, with the time/date of the ban, how long the ban is for, and why the ban occurred. Just thought this could be of some use to avoid people making endless threads asking why people are banned etc etc.

To be honest, the threads are not for information, they are purely to cause disruption, we are used to these by now though.
