Name and shame?

Hi

I don't know if this would be allowed but could we have a name and shame thread?

The purpose would be to alert other sellers and buyers to potential problems they have experienced? Being private sales it's important to make sure everything is right, above board and honest IMO.

Unfotunately we do not allow naming and shaiming to be done on the forum, as it can leave both the site owners, and those who do the naming and shaming open to potential legal action.

We do have the i trader facility on the forum, where people can leave feedback for people they have bought to or sold from. It is always a good idea to look at somebodys feedback before entering into a deal with them, to give you a good indication of how honest and reliable they are.

I guess though, there is a point upto which some one can make statements about someone with out any proof, that can be totally wrong.

And if that did happen I guess the ranks could close and the threat of legal action be laughed at.

So I guess some kind of naming and trying to shame is ok.
