Fair do's.

There's plenty of IP's with multiple accounts, and it can be v.difficult deciding who's a single member with multiple accounts, or a single computer with different family members etc.

Hope she likes it here

My other half (m.d.b.m) and myself are both members on here. He has his own pc, but sometimes uses mine as well. Both pc's are attatched in a network (Or I think that's what it is, i'm not technologically minded) So would they show up as the same IP or different? Also he uses and views the forum more from work, so does the IP change on the viewing or is it the ip you signed up on? Sorry for the questions just something i'm curious about lol.

If you both go through the same internet connection then likely hood is that it will be the same IP (Unless you have paid extra for multiple static IP addresses).
His home IP and work IP will be different (Unless he works from home lol) - And the difference in IP will be noticed by this site.
