Default Virgin Media

Why doesn't it work all the time. Keeps stopping me accessing RFUK (just rfuk, nowhere else) for 5-10mins at a time. Sorry if it's been posted before but it's doing my head in.

I use Firefox. It cuts out nightly, I've got quite fast internet anyway (I think it's 10 megs) But it's only RFUK. Just comes up with a blank page for a few mins. I assume it's not the forum cos when I get back on, everyone's still online...

I get that every now and then too regardless if I use IE or FF ~ tried ringing vm and to be honest that was a waste of time and effort

I have the same problem. Is nothing to do with the Virgin Media...I think its because theres so much traffic on this website. If it was your service provider you wouldnt be able to connect to the internet, not just specific sites.

if it was down to high site traffic then when I change onto the other SP line I'd have the same problem (which I don't ) ~ a few weeks ago I couldn't access yahoo along with several other sites and yet connection was fine with google and others
