I feel I was immature and a lot of my threads turned into arguments, I didn't come on the forum for a while, and now reading back through my threads I feel kind of embarissed about the way I spoke to people, and all the petty things that I turned into big arguments, now I'm back on the forum, I would like to get rid of my past as I don't want people to read my old threads and judge me in a bad way. Anyone help?

No, you can't delete your threads.
If a thread is inappropriate viewing or against the rules a moderator may remove it for the good of the forum, but you can't choose to have threads or posts removed if months later you change your mind about having posted them as this would also remove all the replies, many of which may be useful, and other uses may well not want their replies to be deleted, so we don't do it unless we feel it's necessary.
