i cant use forums!

hi everyone.
im new to this and have no idea what im doing. could anyone give me some tips just to get me going please?

and dose any one know why i end up on someone esles profile when i click on "your profile"? the guy has the same first names but its not me. i know for sure because it says he has been a member since 2006 and i've only just been here a month.
im not even sure if this will work .

The reason you are taken to someone elses profile is probably because of the '.' after your name, it is classed as a speacial character.

As for using the forum, read the threads, if you have anything you want to say click the reply button at the top or bottom of the page.

If you want to reply to a certain post, click the quote button in their post.

You will get a new window with a text box to type in, type what you want to, then scroll down (if needed) until you see the submit reply button, click that, and there you go...
